Exhibitor - Premium Placement Hangar Entrance Area – $1,200.00
Includes one table in the hangar (just off lobby) with indoor static. Logo included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event signage. A table skirt will be provided
Sponsor - Registration Table – $1,500.00
Includes table skirt, signage display and wall banner signage available. Logo also included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions.
Sponsor - Beverage – $2,000.00
The sponsor will receive a sign or banner with their logo. The sponsor may also choose to provide cocktail napkins with their logo. This sponsorship includes a 6-foot exhibit table.

Sponsorship will be promoted on the day of event, on the GWBAA website, and in pre-event promotions through email and social media.
Sponsor - Dessert – $1,500.00

The GWBAA 2026 Open House and Aircraft Display is Wednesday, April 8, 2026, hosted by Atlantic Aviation at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

GWBAA welcomes FAA Deputy Administrator Chris Rocheleau as the keynote.

This year's event is at a convenient central locale with ample parking, and an outdoor aircraft static display and indoor aircraft static and exhibit space just off the lobby.

The static display will feature luxury automobiles and aircraft from the industry's premier aircraft manufacturers, including:

Leonardo AW139 Executive Helicopter

GWBAA members are complimentary. Non-members are $35 and includes one year of GWBAA membership. Pre-registration is now closed but walk-in registrations are welcome.

PARKING: There is no attendee parking allowed at Atlantic Aviation. Please park at the IAD Cell Phone Lot. GWBAA shuttles will be running frequently to take you to and from the event.
