GWBAA Refund Policy

Refunds, Exchanges and Substitutions

GWBAA Membership is paid in advance for one year and is non-refundable unless there were duplicate payments from the same person or company in that year.

Payments to attend GWBAA events is non-refundable with the exception that a substitute attendee from the same organization may attend in the payees place.

Some GWBAA Membership events are registration only so that we can approximate attendance. In the event that you cannot attend or provide a substitute attendee, please update/cancel your registration.
