Registration

• Attendee - Current GWBAA Members (Free)
  Attendance is free for current GWBAA members, advanced registration is requested.
• Attendee - Nonmember – $30.00
  Includes one-year free GWBAA membership at discounted rate.
• Sponsor - Registration Table – $1,000.00
  Includes sponsor signage right as attendees check in to the event. Logo also included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event signage.
• Sponsor - Catering – $4,000.00
  A sign with the sponsor's log will be located near the truck. The sponsor may also choose to provide cocktail napkins with their logo.
  
  Sponsorship will be promoted on the day of event (including a sign), on the GWBAA website, and in pre-event promotions through email and social media.
• Sponsor - Drinks – $4,000.00
  The sponsor will receive a sign located near the beverage table with their logo. The sponsor may also choose to provide cocktail napkins with their logo.
  
  Sponsorship will be promoted on the day of event, on the GWBAA website, and in pre-event promotions through email and social media.
• Sponsor - Ice Cream Truck – $4,000.00
  The ice cream truck will be located adjacent to the static display area for guests to enjoy their ice cream with a prime view of the aircraft on display. A sponsorship sign will be on display.
  
  The sponsor may also choose to provide cocktail napkins with their logo. Sponsorship will be promoted on the day of event, on the GWBAA website, and in pre-event promotions through email and social media.
• Sponsor - Lectern Podium – $1,500.00
  Includes front of podium signage. Logo also included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event signage.
• Sponsor - Open House (no table) – $500.00
• Sponsor - Open House (w/ 8' exhibit table) – $800.00
  Includes one table in the hangar (just off lobby) with indoor static. Logo included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event signage. A table skirt will be provided.
• Sponsor - Wine Truck – $4,000.00
  The wine truck will be located near the static display area. The wine truck sponsor will receive a sign located near the truck with their logo. The sponsor may also choose to provide cocktail napkins with their logo.
