GWBAA Open House & Aircraft Display 2021

Registration

• Attendee (free)
  While attendance is free for current and prospective GWBAA members, advanced registration is requested.
• Beverage Sponsor – $3,500.00
  Bar is located outdoors in a tent overlooking static display area. Bar sponsor will receive a sign located adjacent to the bar area with their logo. The sponsor may provide cocktail napkins with their logo. Sponsorship will be promoted with logo on day of event as well as in pre-event promotions.
• Food Station #1 Sponsor – $5,000.00
  A premium sponsorship this food station will be located in tent adjacent to the static display area for guests to enjoy food with a prime view of the aircraft on display. Logo included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event.
• Food Station #2 Sponsor – $5,000.00
  A premium sponsorship this food station will be located in tent overlooking the static display area for guests to enjoy food with a prime view of the aircraft on display. Logo included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event.
• Ice Cream Truck Sponsor – $3,000.00
  The only sponsorship opportunity located in the static display area. This truck will be parked near the aircraft on display. Logo will also be included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event.
• Open House Table Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Includes one table (to be assigned either inside the airport or outside under large tent); logo included as sponsor in all pre-event promotions and day of event.
• Tents and Tables Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This year's event will feature a 4 tents for guests to enjoy some food and drink with a prime view of the aircraft on display. This also includes all tables for the event.
  
  The tents and tables sponsor will have a sign posted at the entrance with their logo. They will also have their logo included in pre-event promotions.
